I’m Chris, the founder of The Diamond Polisher movement, a concept born from the fusion of my two greatest passions: diamonds and human potential.

My journey began in the mesmerising world of diamonds, where, for over 30 years, I've explored every facet of these incredible gems. From examining, buying, and selling to assessing, grading, and crafting thousands of pieces of jewellery, I've developed an intimate understanding of these natural wonders.

But beyond the sparkle of gemstones lies my other passion – people. I've always been captivated by what makes people thrive. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of meeting and understanding successful individuals across various fields, including sports, entertainment, business, and more. This pursuit led me to delve into hundreds of books on success, human psychology, personal development, and the art of winning in life.

It dawned on me that there are striking parallels between the journey of a diamon and the journey of a person. Diamonds, in their natural state, don't immediately reveal their brilliance. Their true potential is hidden, waiting to be discovered and brought to light by a skilled hand. This is exactly how it is with people. We all have inherent potential, often unseen, waiting to be unearthed and unleashed on the world.

Here lies the essence of The Diamond Polisher movement and the 'Diamond Polishers' pivotal role. In our lives, these are the mentors, teachers, friends, and sometimes even strangers who see our potential and help us to shine.

I established this movement to inspire and empower each of us to become Diamond Polishers in our lives and those around us. Whether adding a facet of knowledge, polishing a skill, or simply being the light that reflects someone’s innate brilliance, we all can bring out the best in others and ourselves.
